2. We have taken utmost care to accurately represent the colors of our products on the website. However, please note that the actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee the precise depiction of colors.

Sri Vasavi Gift and Toys World shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by users resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data due to delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by actions or omissions of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability extends to damages or injuries caused by performance failures, negligence, defects, deletions, errors, interruptions, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, communication line failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access, alteration, or use of records, whether contractual, tortious, or under any other legal theory.

4. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available at this time.

5. If the product order status is ‘order confirmed’, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Sri Vasavi Gift and Toys World assumes “Full Responsibility” for your Order if it is shipped to major cities via a “Private Courier Company” (e.g., ST Courier).

8. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. Regardless of order confirmation or payment receipt, refunds will be issued, and the User will be notified accordingly.

9. In the event of non-delivery or late delivery due to user error (e.g., incorrect or incomplete name or address, recipient unavailable), any additional costs incurred for re-delivery will be charged to the User.

If any discrepancies are found, we retain the right to reject registration and prohibit the User from accessing our services without prior notice.

11. Any complaints regarding delivered orders must be raised within 1 day of delivery.
