Return Policy:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to assist you promptly. To initiate the replacement process, please contact us within a day of delivery via the provided contact number. Kindly provide your order ID along with a detailed description and photo showcasing the issue.
We require a product unboxing video as part of the claim process to ensure a smooth resolution. This video will aid us in accurately assessing the damage or defect.
Subject to availability, a replacement will be issued for the same product. In cases where the product is out of stock or unavailable, you may opt for a full refund or select an alternative product of equal value with in 7 days.
It’s important to note that our replacement policy applies solely to products found defective or damaged upon delivery. Damage resulting from customer mishandling or misuse is not covered.
Please be informed that we do not facilitate reverse pickups. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment using a reliable courier service. All shipping charges for the return shall be borne by the customer.
